  Educated in law, engineering, training and assessment, and company administration, Philip Jones-Hope "PJ" is an executive with a broad problem-solving skillset. 

PJ has been practicing law for over 15 years and has extensive experience in the provision of advice for the review and reform of existing complex, multi-jurisdictional legislative frameworks to support the development of regulatory reform programs including compliance and enforcement regimes.

 As a Partner with Jones Hope Legal Advisory, Connie is an experienced senior executive. 

She is passionate about helping Defence and Government deliver on their most significant challenges and reforms that build a safer, fairer and more resilient Australia. 

Connie brings over 20 years' experience in leading large, complex, integrated, multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed Commonwealth and external service provider teams that have delivered organisational transformations and critical capabilities for Defence and other Government agencies. 

She is a Chartered Accountant, graduate of the Australian War College, and holds a Master of Strategic Studies from Deakin University, and Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University. Committed to championing gender and cultural diversity; and women in STEM, Connie regularly sponsors, mentors and coaches across organisations including the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.  

 With a focus on operational efficiency and relationship building, in a fast-paced environment, Tish has proficiency in streamlining workflows and enhancing team communication.

 Tish’s expertise in stakeholder engagement, strategic business development, and internal process optimisation has enabled her to support program design with practical, outcomes-focused approaches. Her strengths in strategic workforce planning, compliance frameworks, and operational process improvement further position her as a valuable advisor in project scoping, planning, and execution. 

Having worked with PJ for over 5 years, Tish is the glue that holds the firm together.
