Educated in law, engineering, training and assessment, and company administration, I am an executive with more than 30 years of private and public sector, business, legal, and commercial experience.
I am a results-driven professional with a hardworking no-nonsense approach that remains constant in high pressure environments.
Ambitious and energetic, I pride myself on leading by example, exhibiting drive, understanding the strengths and weaknesses of individuals and the team, ensuring the right people are in the right place with adequate resources and authority, gaining the respect of my work colleagues. Equally, a fundamental moral cornerstone for me is to act with integrity and honesty. For me my organisation’s Code of Conduct, the ethical and professional rules that legal professionals are bound by, are only a starting point. Building a team and encouraging those with whom I work to adopt these foundation qualities is a personal passion.
